The Psychic Assassin comes in either 1/6 scale or 1/12 scale. Each model is measured from the foot to top of the head (excluding helmet design and horns).

All statues are printed in high-detail resin. This allows for high-resolution prints that allow the smallest details to be appreciated. Although the resin has a durable hardness, please handle the smaller details with care. 

• What to expect?
- This is a DIY kit, as in unpainted & unassembled. The kit will come with multiple parts. Depending on the model, the number of pieces will vary. 
- Each model will be post-processed. This includes the following: Quick spray with denatured alcohol, supports removed and then placed in a second IPA wash and then UV-cured. Support marks will be removed as much as possible. 

• Some things to consider
- Due to how 3D printing works, there may be minor nicks and scratches. 
- Do not force when attaching parts as they could crack or break. 
- Some parts may be solid or hollow. If they are hollow, they will include small drain holes that were used to allow excess resin to drain. 
- These models are not toys. They are for adult collectors and painters. Some models may contain small choking hazards. Please keep away from children.   
- This being a DIY kit, some light prep, fitting, sanding and or filling may still be required. 

• Shipping and Returns
- Each model is made to order. Please allow 7-20 days for processing. This is highly dependent on the size and the choice of the model. 
- Possible small gaps between parts are normal and a defect or a reason for return.
- All models are wrapped carefully and packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. 
If any parts arrive damaged or broken during shipping, please contact me via messaging so I can send out a replacement as soon as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW IS THE QUALITY?

Depends on if it's Filament prints or Resin prints. With Filament, due to the inherent and unique characteristics of the 3D printing, there might be minor rough edges, layer lines or slight imperfections on the prints. The model may have surface defects depending on if supports were used. I will not allow a print to pass inspection if it fails to meet my standard for the best possible print quality.

For Resin prints, all statues are printed in high-detail resin. This allows for high-resolution prints. There may be minor nicks and scratches. Each model will be post-processed and support marks will be removed as much as possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of 3D printing and the possibility of slight variations. If you do encounter any minor imperfections, you are aware that these are possible and acceptable.

With either Filament or Resin and being DIY kit, some light prep, fitting, sanding and or filling may still be required before priming and/or painting.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Typically orders will be shipped between 7 - 20 days after it is placed. I have to hand clean and prep these myself, so I'm accounting for that time. It may also ship sooner if I have pre-clean models that are ready.

WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS?

Visibility damaged orders will be replaced in full, free of charge. Please email us at support@trueforgecollection.com so we can send you out a new one.

What if you don't want it? You'll need to cover the shipping cost on your own. Once we receive the physical order, you will be refunded the full amount of the figure, minus shipping.
