HOW IS THE QUALITY?
These are FDM, not Resin. Due to the inherent and unique characteristics of the 3D printing, there might be minor rough edges, layer lines or slight imperfections on the prints. The model may have surface defects depending on if supports were used. I will not allow a print to pass inspection if it fails to meet my standard for the best possible print quality.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the unique nature of 3D printing and the possibility of slight variations. If you do encounter any minor imperfections, you are aware that these are possible and acceptable.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Typically orders will be shipped between 3 - 5 days after it is placed. I have to hand assemble these myself, so I'm accounting for that time. It may also ship sooner if I have pre-assembled models that are ready.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS?
Visibility damaged orders will be replaced in full, free of charge. Please email us at support@trueforgecollection.com so we can send you out a new one.
What if you don't want it? You'll need to cover the shipping cost on your own. Once we receive the physical order, you will be refunded the full amount of the figure, minus shipping.
